Lunaro is coaching, not medical care

Lunaro is a wellness and fitness coaching product. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Guidance from the AI coach is general wellness information generated for you from the data you share — it is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified health professional.

Always consult your doctor or another qualified provider before changing your training, nutrition, or health routines — especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, managing a medical condition, or experiencing symptoms. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something Lunaro said.

Who can use Lunaro

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Lunaro Premium is a monthly auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's App Store at $29.99 per month (the price shown in the App Store at purchase is authoritative and may vary by region). Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day free introductory trial; Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility.

• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple account.
• Manage or cancel any time in your device’s App Store subscription settings (Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions). Deleting the app or deleting your Lunaro account does NOT cancel an active Apple subscription — you must cancel it in your App Store settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by Lunaro. To request one, use Apple’s refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The Service includes daily fair-use allowances on AI coaching features (shown in the app under Usage & limits). Allowances exist to keep the Service reliable and may be adjusted; the app always shows the allowances that currently apply to your plan.

License and the Apple EULA

Lunaro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. For the iOS app, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; these Terms supplement it. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Service or its content.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only as permitted by law and these Terms.
• Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other members’ data.
• Do not scrape the Service, resell access to it, or use automated systems to extract data or AI output at scale.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app except where the law permits it despite this restriction.
• Do not use the Service to harm yourself or others, or submit content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.

Your content and your data

You own the content you put into Lunaro — your messages, logs, notes, and connected health data. You grant Lunaro the limited license needed to operate the Service for you: to store your content, process it with the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy, and display it back to you. How your data is collected, used, shared, exported, and deleted is governed by the Privacy Policy.

AI output

Coaching replies are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and the same question can produce different answers. Sources shown in the app are provided for transparency, not as a guarantee of accuracy. Use your own judgment — and your care team’s — before acting on AI output.

Changes to the Service

Lunaro is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We may update these Terms; if we make material changes we will update the date above and surface the change in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You can stop using Lunaro at any time and can delete your account in the app (Profile → Account). We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or threatens the integrity of the Service. Cancelling or terminating your account does not cancel an active Apple subscription — cancel that in your App Store settings.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law — including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of coaching output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunaro’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the jurisdiction in which the Lunaro operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
